Their Master Yi played the incredibly aggressive summoner spell package choosing Smite and Ingnite instead of the usual Flash. They sported a combination of Ezreal and Yummi respectively. Volibear from Anthony "Cuddles" Zevallos in the top and Viego in the jungle from Yixiao "CDC Gangster" Yie were more familiar picks to round out the team. He then lost his final stock to the Friar's King K. Rool, but took out two of K. However, he lost two stocks versus the Mario who switched to the second leg. He was able to defeat the Friars' Donkey Kong without losing a single stock. in style as he took numerous stocks by landing Hero's "Sleep" spell and following up with a fully charged Smash Attack.įor Game Two, Drizz sat in the driver's seat again, this time playing as Gannondorf. He was able to singlehandedly defeat the entire Friars' roster with one stock remaining. The Friars sent out Mario, followed by Donkey Kong and finally their own King K. Rool, and Drizz defeated each of them with aplomb. This game featured Brian "Drizz" Uceta playing Hero, from Dragon Quest, which was an unusual deviation from his more familiar King K. Rool. Even though Coach Lanza had not seen Drizz perform with Hero outside of practice, he trusted Drizz to carry the team, and that is exactly what Drizz did. After a hard loss the week before, the Saints Super Smash Bros. Team defeated the Providence Friars, on Monday night, in a flashy 2-0 beatdown.
